At this time, Exclusively Christmas ships merchandise to locations within the U.S., including Alaska, and Hawaii. Free Shipping does not apply to all orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Our preferred method of shipping is United States Postal Service, however, Exclusively Christmas reserves the right to change this method as it's sole discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return
your items for a refund. A RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS number is required by
calling Exclusively Christmas at 715.212.1141. Refunds for items
returned within 10 days of the purchase date will be credited in the
same form as the original payment type. All items must be returned in
original condition and packaging. The original shipping and handling
charges are not refundable.
